The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Val O’Connor

A motion was made to approve the meeting following meeting minutes as submitted with no changes:

February 25, 2015 Election Meeting Minutes

February 25, 2015 Board of Directors Organizational Meeting

January 29, 2015 Board of Directors Meeting

Motion: Val O’Connor

Second: John Ayala

Motion Carried: Unanimously

There was not a meeting called to order for March 2015.

The Board recognized Tina Franetic’s resignation from the Board of Directors.

A motion was made to appoint John Weissgerber as President/Treasurer.

Second: Paul Hinden

Motion Carried: Unanimously

John Weissgerber presented the revision to the proposed amendments to the by-laws. The additional changes will be made and forwarded to the Association’s Attorney for final draft prior to being mailed to the membership with the notice of the Special Meeting at which they will be considered and/or adopted.

Val O’Connor advised those present that she is obtaining quotes for the painting of the perimeter wall.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 p.m.
