The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by John Weissgerber

John Weissgerber made a motion to approve minutes from the July, 2015 meeting as submitted and read. Val O’Connor seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed.

John Weissgerber made a motion that the Board of Directors resolve to preserve the covenants and restrictions by filing in public records a Notice consistent with the requirements of section 712.06 Florida Statutes and the Property Manager, Secretary, or President be authorized to sign the notice on behalf of the Association.

Motion Carried: Unanimously.

A motion was made to approve the proposal submitted by Hartzell Painting for the painting of the perimeter wall.

Motion Carried: Unanimously

The floor was opened to the members in attendance so that questions could be answered.

Management was directed to send three homes in non-compliance to legal for action to be taken.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:12 p.m.
