BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

                                       Josephine Milone – Director

   John Ayala – Director

ALSO PRESENT:       Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management

HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: 5  

CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MOTION:

A motion was made to approve the 2014 Proposed Budget with proposed changes, annual assessment will remain the same at $275.00. Val made the motion, Tina 2^nd.  Motion passed unanimously.

Board requested Manager to prepare a survey to install cameras at both entrances.  Manager to email the board the draft for their review and approval.

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.  Tina Franetic made the motion, Val O’Connor 2^nd.  Motion passed unanimously.
