BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

ALSO PRESENT:       Gloria Fuentes, LCAM - Exclusive Property Management

CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:40 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MOTIONS:

A motion was made to approve the December 17^th, 2014 minutes.  Val made the motion, Josephine seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made to appoint Paul Hinden to fill the vacancy of Director.  Josephine made the motion, John seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made to have all items discussed at the meeting included in the meeting minutes.  Josephine made the motion, Tina seconded.  Motion passed unanimously. 

MISCELLANEOUS:

Camera vote did not passed, there were 66 yes and 89 no’s.

Regarding the rat infestation and the clean of the backyard at 6522 Abbotts Mill Drive, Tina will be contacting the association attorney for legal opinion.

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:39 pm.  John Ayala made the motion, Josephine seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.
