Waverly Hundred is a
community of 293 homes located in southwest Broward County Florida.
Waverly Hundred is part of a larger development called Ivanhoe.
Ivanhoe is generally located between Sheridan Street and Griffin Road,
on either side of I-75. The community is within the municipal
limits of the Town of Davie.

Type of Building Construction
The Declaration of Covenants of the Waverly
Hundred Homeowners' Association requires that homeowners request approval
for any type of building construction, re-roofs, fencing, sprinkler
systems, swimming pools, etc.
