CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MOTIONS:

A motion was made to approve the February 26^th, 2014 minutes.  Val made the motion, Paul seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Tina informed the homeowners present she contacted the attorney Ryan Aboud from Backer’s Law Firm in regards to the demand letter for 6522 Abbotts Mill Drive for the delinquent assessments in her account and for any existing violations on the property.

Board requested Manager to obtain 3 landscaping estimates for the board to review.  The new estimates should include landscaping, irrigation, changing of light bulbs, picking up dead palm fronds in between services. 

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 pm.  Tina  made the motion, Val  seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.
