Ivanhoe Waverly Hundred HOA Meeting September 23, 2009
Meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm by Val O'Connor, seconded by Tina Franetic.
Board of Directors in attendance: Tina Franetic, Val O'Connor, John Ayala, Levi Tyler,
Frank Milone, and Paul Musser.

Treasury Report - Val O'Connor

Facility Maintenance - Paul Musser
Paul Musser is the new director of maintenance.
Four landscapers were interviewed and one was hired starting in November. Things will
be running more smoothly shortly. They will be taking care of the irrigation system as
well as administering insecticides also.
Violations- John and Levi
Nothing to report-waiting for the Property Mgt Co. to take over code violations.
Homeowners are given 30 days to correct their lawn situation, and 7 days to haul away
dead trees. With the property management company will come consistency, follow
through and no favoritism. The airboat owner has already received two letters of warning,
the next letter written to him will come from the attorney as soon as the property
management company takes over.
Architecture-Frank
It was discussed a certain cul de sac where an enclosure was built in the frontyard. No
enclosures are allowed to be made in the frontyard and no fences can be built past the
front of the house.
Town of Davie-Tina
The no soliciting signs and crime watch signs will be ordered soon by either Levi or John.
Insurance
Nothing to report.
New Business
The park was discussed, what changes we would like to see done, problems, etc. It was
suggested it would be nice to have a bathroom built, to have better lighting, to have the
playground updated with new equipment, the ability to walk dogs, which is legal to do so
now, to name a few. There has been a rash of car burglaries in the area, and surrounding
developments, a few on Old Moat, and Hawkes Bluff, as well as others. Keep your doors
of your cars locked.
